Our first goal is to get you out of pain and on the road to feeling better. Relief and healing takes time. Based on how severe your problem is, it is common to receive care 2-3 times a week for about 4-12 weeks.
Stage 2 | Correction
The next step is to allow your muscles and tissues to more thoroughly heal. In doing this, we are better able to prevent other injury. It is common to receive care 4 to 8 times per month for 6 to 24 months, based on the severity of your problem and your body’s overall health.
Stage 3 | Maintenance
Once your body has healed, it is vital to maintain that healing by receiving adjustments periodically. This continual care is important to maintain the healing you have obtained and to prevent future problems. This is usually only requires a periodic visit 1 to 4 times a month, depending on your need, your lifestyle, and your personal goals.
